The property is located in the heart of the historical-archaeological center, in the main pedestrian street of Saint-Vincent, a municipality which is part of the Monte Cervino district.

Located in a basin that shelters it from the winds, with a particularly mild climate, Saint-Vincent has been nicknamed the "Riviera of the Alps" and is one of the most renowned resorts in the Aosta Valley thanks to its magnificent SPA and CASINO. In addition to well-being and entertainment, the spa town boasts numerous archaeological remains from pre-Roman times and a rich congress activity; worth mentioning is the "Saint-Vincent Prize" for journalism, the "Le Grolle d'Oro Prize", an ancient award for Italian cinema and the "Woman of the Year Prize".

For ski lovers, the Col de Joux ski resort is located a few kilometers from the center. Ideal for families and especially for children thanks to the setting up of a new playground on the snow. While for the more demanding, the Breuil-Cervinia ski area, dominated by the majestic Mount Cervino (4.478m) has 150 km of slopes connected with Valtournenche and an international connection with Zermatt (Switzerland) for a total of 350 km of slopes. Equally rich is the Monterosa Ski area with its 180 km of slopes that unite the Aosta Valley area with the Piedmont one.

The rich presence of castles should also be underlined: Baron Gamba castle, Ussel castle, Issogne castle, Vèrres, Castle of Fénis and the famous and international Forte di Bard.
